Why Sacrifice in Yemen?
Yemen has been at war for over 10 years. Most families cannot afford to buy meat, let alone celebrate Eid. When you give your Qurbani in Yemen, you are not just fulfilling your obligation. You are giving a family the chance to celebrate Eid al-Adha with a proper meal.
The Prophet ﷺ said: "The best charity is that given to a relative who does not like you." Giving where the need is greatest multiplies your reward.
Is Online Qurbani Valid?
Yes. The Prophet ﷺ himself delegated sacrifices during Hajj, this is called Tawkil, and it is an established Sunnah. Scholars including Sheikh Ibn Uthaymin and Sheikh Al-Fawzan have confirmed that delegating Qurbani to a trusted person in another country is fully valid, provided:
✅ The animal meets Islamic conditions (healthy, correct age, no defects)
✅ The sacrifice is performed on the correct days (10th–13th Dhul Hijjah)
✅ The name of the person is given to the one performing the sacrifice
Kebch Qurban fulfils all three conditions.
